Job Description: - Conduct User Acceptance Testing and End User Training- Perform documentation as required - BRD, FSD, Fit and Gap Analysis, Blueprint, User Manual, etc- Lead sessions to collect data, documents, and other information and create specifications that describe how the system will be implemented for the client- Analyze customer business processes and propose the best possible solutions for improvement- Organize and follow up Odoo implementation process- Instructs and trains users on the use of ERP solutions- Distributing the project plan to the entire team and keeping track of the milestones- Perform L1 and L2 support to clients when required, including L2 Troubleshooting, Odoo Configuration, and Odoo Technical Support- Configuration, installation, and maintenance of the server and multi-database Odoo environments
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related fields- Minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning - Odoo is a MUST. Applicants without Odoo Background will be rejected automatically- Master Odoo ERP and understand basic accounting knowledge- Understand SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) & Project Management- Can create BRD / SRS / Functional Requirement documentation - Thorough understanding of Odoo, including its modules, functionalities, best practice, and configuration- Quick learner and ability to work with minimum supervision- Passionate about software and data- Excellent communication skills- Analytical mind with excellent data collection skills and data-driven decision-making- Thorough understanding of Business Process Management and Business Process Management Notation (BPMN)- Growth mindset & Attention to detail
