Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and data required for the social security license application.
- Gather and review existing policies, procedures, and guidelines related to social security program implementation.
- Develop and maintain databases or spreadsheets to track the status of the social security license application and monitor the progress of the implementation process.
- Collaborate with external consultants or experts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law or Social Political Science, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in general affair/ legal/ social security license.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to social security programs would be advantageous.
- Willing to be place in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
