Key responsibilities:
- Sell travel insurance plans for both Schengen and non-Schengen destinations to walk-in customers
- Recommend suitable coverage options based on travel purpose and visa requirements
- Explain product benefits, exclusions, and destination-specific insurance rules
- Drive offline conversions through effective, consultative engagement
- Assist customers with post-sale support, such as claim guidance and document-related queries
- Maintain follow-ups with customers who show interest but prefer to purchase at a later date
- Regularly collect and report customer feedback, objections, and suggestions to the central team to help improve product and service delivery
- Keep promotional materials organized and ensure visibility (e.g., standees, brochures, QR codes)
- Coordinate with internal teams and partner staff to optimize on-site performance and customer flow
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in selling travel insurance, ideally for both Schengen and non-Schengen travel
- Strong offline sales and customer engagement skills
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency preferred
- Familiarity with travel insurance requirements for various countries (Europe, Asia, Middle East, etc.)
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Prior experience at visa centers, travel agencies, or insurance counters is an advantage
