About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self initiative Operation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in financial business operation and have a strong problem solving mindset.
What You Will Do:
- Checking and validating documents of borrower according to the credit request for disbursement
- Checking and contacting due date lender saving product
- Conduct daily operations task assigned (from reporting, executing and monitoring entity initiative)
- Ensuring operation SOP is executed and meet the compliance necessity
- Improve internal process to be better
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience related in Banking or P2P or financial industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial information and trade checking process
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Self initiative and willing to take responsibility
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Know how to map end to end business process flow
