- Observing workflows & gathering data via BI or TMS systems
- Track transportation and logistics metrics like on-time delivery, transit times, operational costs, and service performance
- Extract insight from diverse source, build dashboards or visual reports to communicate patterns, trends, and opportunities
- Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the supply chain or logistics processes. Recommend and implement optimization measures in routing, cost control
- Prioritize improvement initiatives based on impact and feasibility, and coordinate tightly with teams like BPM or cross fuctional stakeholders to design new processes or systems
Job Qualifications
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and adaptibility to fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Project management including handling multiple priorities, stakeholder coordination, and driving initiatives through to execution
- Capable of conducting root-cause analysis, data mining, statistical method, problem-solving, forecasting, trend spotting, and applying continous improvement frameworks like lean or six sigma
- Strong in microsoft excel & visualization tools, plus familiarity with SAP, logistics software, SQL, or other analytics tools
- Typically at least 1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, data analysis, or related roles especially within logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, or transportation sectors
- Bachelor degree in business, logistics, suplly chain, industrial engineering, statistics, business management, or similar
