Job Description
Monitor day-to-day Coffee Platform business activities and ensure all financial processes comply with company regulations, internal controls, and SOPs.Analyze sales, margin, and working capital performance, providing actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
Monitor FX exposure related to the Coffee Platform and ensure effective hedging strategies are in place.
Track and evaluate asset performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Lead the budgeting and landing processes for the Coffee Platform, driving accurate forecasting and financial discipline.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Senior/Manager role within FP&A or Controlling, preferably from the Finance or Commodity industry.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, business partnering, and risk management.
Experience in FX exposure monitoring and hedging strategies is preferred.
Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
