We’re looking for Operations and Customer Success Staff to join our Operations Team, to support the day to day operations activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Support the day to day operations activities
- Ensure the entire operations running smooth
- Be the front line of the company
- Maintain a good relationship with both new and existing users
- Be a consultant for the users as well as a communicator between the users and the company
- Ensure users satisfaction
- Process users registration data and monetary / crypto transactions through admin panel
- Monitoring the issues/complaints and troubleshoot by working with Product team
- Reading, prioritizing, and responding to users' queries through all channels (i.e. live chat, emails, phone calls and Telegram)
- Foster amazing users experience
Who We Are Looking For
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in the related role
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Fast learner
- Getting things done
- Fluent in English both spoken & written
- Ready to work on shifting schedule
