As part of our Order Execution team within the PCV Planning Department, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across functions to deliver results.
What you’ll do
- Control and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with material requirements.
- Coordinate the controlled flow of approved materials into production.
- Ensure all equipment required for production is in optimal condition.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in production processes.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive process enhancements.
- Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to secure timely availability of materials.
- Promote and foster a strong safety culture for yourself, your team, and all stakeholders impacted by operations.
What you bring
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Experience in production planning, operations, or supply chain coordination (manufacturing/mining/heavy industry experience desirable).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
