As a Sparepart Staff at Honda Jambi, you will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, ensuring stock availability, and supporting both internal teams and customers with accurate and timely service.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in automotive spare parts or warehouse operations is an advantage.
Good knowledge of basic inventory management and administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office and willingness to learn dealer systems.
Strong accuracy, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
Responsibilities
Manage daily spare part stock transactions (incoming, outgoing, and returns).
Ensure accuracy of stock records and report discrepancies immediately.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and workshop teams for spare part needs.
Provide customer service for counter spare part sales.
Prepare regular stock reports and support periodic stock opname.
