About the Role
This role supports the design, implementation, and improvement of programs that drive an exceptional employee experience. This role works cross-functionally with HR, communications, L&D, and business teams to ensure that every stage of the employee journey — from onboarding to exit — is engaging, inclusive, and aligned with the company’s culture and values. The Sr. Analyst level is expected to take more ownership of programs, lead small-scale initiatives, and contribute strategic insights.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance employee lifecycle programs (onboarding, milestones, recognition, offboarding)
- Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and engagement platforms
- Partner with HR and business teams to improve culture, engagement, and well-being initiatives
- Assist in designing communications and campaigns to support key People Experience programs
- Monitor and improve moments-that-matter (e.g., first day, promotions, internal mobility, return from leave)
- Leverage data and people analytics to report on experience-related KPIs (e.g., eNPS, retention, onboarding feedback)
- Help ensure programs are inclusive and reflect DEI principles
- Continuously document, track, and improve the employee journey map
- Act as a liaison between employees and People teams to ensure feedback loops are active and visible
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in HR, employee engagement, organizational development, or related function
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes and engagement initiatives
- 3+ years of HR or People Experience experience
- Proven experience driving employee-facing programs or initiatives
- Experience handling cross-functional projects and stakeholder collaboration
- Understanding of employee lifecycle stages and key moments that matter
- Empathy-driven mindset with a focus on inclusion and employee well-being
- Experience working with or managing engagement or pulse surveys
- Ability to craft employee communications and experience campaigns
- Skilled in relationship-building and cross-functional teamwork
- Analytical skills to interpret survey data and feedback trends
