Job Description
- Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns to achieve publishing goals, including user acquisition, retention, reactivation, and engagement.
- Develop tailored digital marketing strategies for diverse target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and regional partners to align on objectives and execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear reports on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree from a top reputable university.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in online marketing or relevant field, preferably coming from marketing agencies or top tech companies.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and campaign tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant tools)
- Proven experience in optimizing and managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Genuine passion for games, with the ability to understand core players and translate gaming insights into effective marketing strategies.
- Results-driven, proactive, and hands-on, with a strong track record of delivering impactful outcomes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
