Role Summary:
As a Photo Editor, you will play a key role in supporting property launches by preparing and enhancing visual content. Your primary responsibility will be to edit, optimize, and select photos that effectively showcase and promote properties across marketing channels. By ensuring all visual assets meet brand and quality standards, you will help properties go live with compelling imagery that drives engagement and interest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit, retouch, and enhance property photos to highlight the unique features and appeal of each villa.
- Ensure all images meet quality standards and are aligned with the company’s visual and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to prepare photo assets for online listings, social media, and promotional materials.
- Select the best photos that represent each property for use in marketing and booking platforms.
- Organize and maintain an efficient system for managing and archiving digital photo assets.
- Support the process of getting new villas live by delivering ready-to-use, high-impact images.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all properties to strengthen brand identity.
- Stay updated on trends in travel, real estate, and hospitality photography to keep content fresh and engaging.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in photo editing and retouching, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with a strong eye for detail, composition, and color correction.
- Ability to select and enhance images that align with branding and marketing objectives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
