About the Role
Cloudetica Solutions is looking for a Presales Solution Consultant to drive technical sales conversations and craft tailored architectures that become the blueprint for successful project delivery. You will source and engage prospective clients, lead discovery workshops to uncover business and technical requirements, then design and present AWS‑based solution architectures, leveraging your deep expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, GraphQL, and AWS services to win deals and set projects up for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Sourcing & Engagement:Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking; build rapport with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to understand their challenges.
- Requirements Discovery: Lead workshops and interviews to capture functional and non‑functional requirements, translating business goals into clear technical objectives and architecture drivers.
- Solution Architecture & Design: Architect end‑to‑end solutions on AWS; using services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, and CloudFormation/Terraform, and integrate front‑end and back‑end frameworks (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, GraphQL) into cohesive, scalable designs.
- Proposal Development & Presentation:Produce detailed architecture diagrams, solution briefs, and proof‑of‑concept demos; present your designs to clients, articulating trade‑offs, benefits, and cost estimates.
- Sales & Delivery Handoff: Collaborate with Sales to build compelling technical proposals and RFP responses, then partner with Project Managers and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless transition from presales to delivery.
- Technical Thought Leadership: Stay current on AWS feature releases and best practices; develop reference architectures, whitepapers, and internal playbooks to elevate the team’s presales capabilities.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in a presales, solutions consulting, or solutions architect role
- Hands‑on experience designing production‑grade AWS architectures
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and GraphQL
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
Preferred
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or equivalent)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud‑migration projects
Work Format & Compensation
- Employment Type: Full‑time
- Location: Remote‑friendly, but based in Indonesia
- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance‑based commission
Interview Process
