YOUR TASKS

Provide analytical and operational pricing support through margin and pricing analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

• Recommend pricing strategies on day-to-day RFQ’s and Ad hoc quotes; Additional Charge such as trucking, special delivery

• Support strategic pricing projects such as General Price Increases (GPI), Ship to Commitment (STC) review, Red & Yellow Card (RYC) review, project/strategic pricing initiative, loss maker review

• Support in preparation of medium-term pricing strategy; achieve specific business objectives, such as maximizing profits, increasing market share, or responding to competition (Strategic Pricing Alignment)

• Support in annual cost model review to ensure accuracy

• Ensure up-to-date information is made available in the pricing intranets such as rates, fuel surcharge, etc.

• Update pricing logs

• Demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions based on analysis in pricing strategy

• Conduct comprehensive training for new sales team members on pricing fundamentals & provide guidance on the CRM systems (OMS Offer process part only) to ensure effective utilization

• Collaborate with the sales team to address any questions or challenges related to pricing & CRM Offer processes

YOUR PROFILE:

• 4 years of experience in a product and or service pricing role, or in a marketing or business analysis position
• Ability to work as individual contributor
• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Excellent communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia) – spoken and written
