General Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1); graduates from Psychology, Elementary Education (PGSD), or Special Education are preferred
- Age between 22–35 years old
- Prior experience teaching primary
- Skilled in using creative, fun, and age-appropriate teaching approaches
- Patient, caring, communicative, and enthusiastic about children's learning
- Disciplined and responsible
- Fluent in English and able to deliver lessons in English
- Experience with Cambridge or Montessori curriculum is highly preferred
- Able to teach core subject: English, Math and Science
- Willing to teach through private home visits in the Pondok Indah
