Job Description:
As a Process Excellence Associate, you will play a vital role in driving efficiency, productivity, and reliability across various operational processes within Segari’s Operations division. You will be assigned to work on a specific scope of operations as a module owner. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify areas for improvement, develop strategies for optimization, and implement initiatives to enhance overall performance.
A. Operational Process Design & Development:
- Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement to achieve company OKR.
- Design and propose a new operational process to enhance the effectiveness of Segari’s warehouse operations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
B. Project Implementation & Monitoring:
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and solution brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
C. Standardization and Documentation:
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Create documentation and training materials to support the implementation of new processes or process changes.
- Conduct training sessions to educate team members on updated processes and procedures.
D. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with departments across the organization to understand their unique process needs and challenges.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization.
- Act as a liaison between operational teams, sharing best practices and promoting alignment with overall business objectives.
E. Product Development:
- Provide business and operational requirements for the product development team.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure seamless integration of new warehouse management system products and applications.
- Led product implementation strategies and change management for new product launch
Requirments:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
- Experienced with project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management. Consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools with a focus on warehouse operations.
- Familiar with Supply Chain frameworks and tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Value Stream Mapping.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant process improvement methodologies is highly valued.
- Experience or familiarity with product development processes is preferred.
