About the Role:
You will support procurement activities for Indonesia and gain exposure to involvement in the Vietnam Project, contributing to strategic sourcing, process execution, and improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and execute the end-to-end procurement process, including preparing RFQs/RFIs, collecting bids, evaluating proposals, and recommending suppliers.
- Assist in developing sourcing strategies by researching suppliers, market trends, and pricing.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely procurement operations.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records in line with company policies.
- Support procurement-related improvement projects, such as vendor performance tracking, process optimization, and cost-saving initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Preferably a final-year student or a fresh graduate from any major.
- Strong interest in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
- Available to start immediately and commit to the full 6-month internship period.
