ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Description
Sourcing & Procurement:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for MRO categories, including spare parts, tools, consumables, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and reliability.
- Manage tenders in compliance with company policies.
- Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
Supplier Management & Negotiation:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, reliability, and innovation.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the company.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Work with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, or service issues.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier performance, price volatility, and supply chain disruptions.
