- Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, support, and coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment
- Working closely with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute and track product release from the beginning to the end
- Gain a deep understanding of user experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas
- Determine and understand customers/end-users needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
- Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor or Master Degree from a reputable University with outstanding academic achievement
- Min 3+ years of work experience in product management or product owner
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in logistic industry and tech start up is a plus
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, or Acquisition merchant is a plus
- Willing to fully work from the office
