About Product Operations at Mekari
As part of our mission to help businesses improve productivity by taking care of their administrative work, we are scaling quickly and need the right operational backbone to support that growth. Our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams move fast — and we’re looking for a Product Operations – Program Design Specialist who will design and run the program to improve how we build products, launch them, and deliver value to our customers.
This role sits within our Product Ops team and focuses on building the internal tools, dashboards, and knowledge infrastructure that enable Product Managers, Product Marketing, and cross-functional partners to execute with clarity and speed.

What you’ll be doing:
Product Quality Enablement
Design and optimize product development workflows to reduce ambiguity
Establish quality guidelines, review checklists, and best practices
Run post-launch retrospectives and ensure lessons learned are applied in future cycles
GTM Execution Support
Partner with PMs and PMMs to define and enforce repeatable GTM playbooks
Ensure launch deliverables are consistent and on time
Identify bottlenecks in the process, design the program, evaluate and iterate the programs to reduce the blockers
Customer Engagement & Insights Support
Coordinate with PMs and PMMs to recruit customer participants for interviews, betas, and feedback loops
Partner with aftersales teams to surface customer advocates for case studies and testimonials
Ensure customer insights and feedback are captured and circulated into PRDs and launch plans
What we are looking for:
You’ll be the ideal candidate if you have:
Proven experience in Product Operations or Program Management in a product-led company
Strong skills in process design and cross-functional orchestration
Understanding of product development and GTM lifecycles
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
