We are currently seeking a Project Engineer, reporting directly to Head of Project Management Department to join our team based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
About the role:
- Ensures that engineering and requisitioning/subcontracting activities are developed according to schedule, man/hours, equipment and materials budget as well as contractual specifications Ensures production of
IFC engineering documents in due time & fit for purpose. - Ensures timely reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor: follow up of activity, critical deviation of activities and/ or potential risks.
- Carries out interdisciplinary consistency of design and requisitioning documents.
- Ensures that vendors’ documents are approved, commented, and returned to vendors on time.
- Contributes in obtaining client approval on technical documents.
- Ensures the production of documents required for the permitting process (as required by contract and authorities).
- Ensures that all disciplines under his/her responsibility have all information and data to proceed with activities.
- Contributes to the definition of equipment lists.
About you:
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in Process, Engineering or other technical disciplines involved in Project execution
- Minimum five (5) years in the same position
- Fluency in English
