Project Manager

As a Project Manager at OTCA, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of various educational projects and internal initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with OTCA’s mission of advancing career and educational opportunities for Indonesian youth.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably in Management, Business, or related majors).

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar roles.
• Experienced in managing fast-paced projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in using project management tools (such as Trello, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms).

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Preferably experienced in the education industry or startup environment.

• Manage end-to-end project cycles from planning, execution, monitoring, to evaluation.

• Create project timelines and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Content, Operations) and external stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

• Provide regular project progress reports to management.

• Ensure project outcomes align with business needs and company goals.
