Jobdesc :
A Construction Project Manager oversees all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. This involves planning, coordinating, and managing resources, stakeholders, and project activities from start to finish.
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil Engineering.
- Experienced 5 - 10 years in the Property/Developer industry.
- Experienced in housing construction of more than 100 units.
- Understanding working drawings.
- Have experience of opening a new project land.
- Able to calculate BOQ / Estimated development budget.
- Making an implementation project schedule.
- Placement in Bandung.
