As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Bali-based Property Consultant to help grow our international client base—particularly in Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and other overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve ambitious sales targets by presenting Bali-based luxury properties to domestic and international investors.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on property investments and tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Negotiate and close property purchase agreements, aligning with pricing strategy and financial targets.
- Build and manage strong relationships with international clients, agents, and partners.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and construction teams to create integrated campaigns that boost lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain and optimize CRM usage to track leads, manage client communications, and ensure a structured sales pipeline.
- Monitor real estate trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior in target markets to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Report to the Head of Sales on performance, client feedback, and market conditions.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales tools, processes, and systems to enhance productivity and results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, ideally in luxury or international markets.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value property deals.
- Strong understanding of the real estate development process from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Mandarin, Cantonese, or Bahasa Indonesia are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field preferred.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team.
