Job Descriptions:
- Monitor the implementation of preventive building maintenance work plans. Control building maintenance costs effectively and efficiently.N3
- Carrying out & monitoring the building maintenance vendor selection process.
- Ensure the operation of building systems/equipment runs well.
- Ensure that all building equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil & others) is well maintained and according to procedures to support building operations.
- Evaluate the performance of the engineering team and provide direction, corrections, or additional training.
- Support & carry permit progress for tenants.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences
- Have an understanding of systems and procedures as well as building maintenance.
- Have a good understanding on permit & regulation of building
- Have a good supervisory skill.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
