Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good understanding of purchasing processes and vendor management
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential data
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of local supplier market is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle purchasing requests and ensure the timely procurement of goods/services
- Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding deliveries
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Directly control all purchasing staff and give direct correction in any bias behavior accord.
- Plan and conduct training for the staff
