- Assist in researching potential vendors.
- Help compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Compile offers from vendors to support the creation of PR/PO.
- Coordinate and compile negotiation results.
- Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and help resolve basic issues.
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends related to purchasing.
- Handle the administrative aspects of the purchasing process.
- Support the maintenance of relationships with existing suppliers.
- Assist in tracking and evaluating supplier/vendor performance.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain management, or any other related field.
- Experience in an administrative or support role is preferred, ideally within a purchasing or procurement department. preferably within the garment industry.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in administrative tasks and data management in Microsoft Excel dan Accurate
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes.
