Job Overview
The Validation & Calibration Staff position in the Quality Department is fundamental to ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. This role requires a proactive individual who can assist in implementing quality assurance protocols and work collaboratively within a team to enhance quality processes validation
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Validation products and processes
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.
- Report on quality metrics and assist in the training of staff on quality standards.
- Support the resolution of quality-related issues and customer complaints.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy (Pharmacist license preferred)
- Min. 1 year experience or at least internship within F&B or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 22000/FSSC 22000).
- Strong understanding of microbiology, food chemistry, and food additives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication in English (or Japanese will be a huge advantage)
