We're currently looking for a dedicated QA Specialist to help us maintain and improve the quality of our products.
Responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub Issues).
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality across all stages of the development cycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in software QA or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical background are welcome to apply.
Nice to Have
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
