- Calculate quantities for Mechanical works based on design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Prepare cost estimations (BOQ & RAB) in accordance with project specifications and standards.
- Analyze design changes and prepare variation order calculations when required.
- Verify site progress reports for electrical works.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all calculations comply with company standards and contractual requirements.
- Prepare supporting documents for tenders and project proposals.
- Provide regular progress and cost reports to the Project Control management team.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Mechanical Quantity Surveyor in MEP construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical technical drawings, specifications, and installation standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
