Job Description
•Monitoring and continuously checking the management of radiology services to ensure that the standards and procedures established by the hospital are implemented correctly and consistently. Performing radiographic examinations including conventional radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, CT Scan, MRI, mobile X-rays in rooms, C-arm operations in the operating room, and preparing ultrasound examinations according to established quality and safety procedures and standards for use as medical support/diagnostic tools by physicians.
•Planning staffing to ensure adequate personnel for radiology services according to hospital conditions and needs.
•Monitoring and maintaining policies, regulations, and discipline to ensure all radiology staff members perform their designated functions and responsibilities.
•Ensuring procurement, repairs, additions, and overall monitoring of inventories of medical and non-medical supplies to guarantee continuity of radiology services.
•Monitoring examination activities, maintenance, license renewals, and calibration of radiological medical equipment and technology to ensure compliance with calibration and maintenance schedules, both internally and for contracted systems.
•Monitoring planning, implementation, and evaluation of training and education activities for radiology staff to ensure continuity and achievement of training and education acquisition goals as planned.
•Providing guidance and personal and professional development, including orientation on safety procedures and practices, and conducting evaluations to ensure staff competence in accordance with applicable regulations, laws, hospital needs.
•Implementing and overseeing procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including training, data collection, documentation, and/or report creation to support achievement of hospital-wide indicators and department/unit goals.
•Analyzing operational activity report data and quality and safety programs to take action as needed for department/unit operational needs and hospital requirements or to determine program effectiveness.
•Performing duties as a radiographer according to established standards and procedures to support operational activities for radiography staff.
•Biomedical Maintenance

Qualifications
•Diploma (D3) Degree from Radiology
•Have minimum 3 years work experience in the radiology department of a hospital/clinic
•In-depth knowledge of radiological procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
•Strong management skills for supervising staff, managing schedules, and overseeing departmental operations.
•Strong organizational skills to manage patient flow, scheduling, and documentation.
