Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries via WhatsApp
- Promote events, activities, and services to guests
- Handle payment transactions and process guest payments
- Perform administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to start work immediately
