- Maintaining reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Receiving, sorting, informing employee on the incoming mail/package
- Update calendars and regular check on meeting room function

- Minimum D3
- 1-2 years relevant experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
