About the Role
Support and deliver recruitment and selection activities to provide the most qualified sales and keep the fulfillment of every branch of all distribution channels in order to achieve their business goals.- Actively work with Channel Sales to promote referrals from the Branches - Check applications daily - Conduct pre-screening activities, using Pre-Screening standard process
- Execute AIA sourcing and recruitment methodologies - Apply a variety of different selection methods and tools including competency based interviewing, psychometric testing and simulations
- Execute online and offline employer branding activities in accordance with AIA guidelines and as directed by Head of Recruitment
- Follow offering process as outlined in Standard Operating Procedure
- Treat all applications and candidates with respect and ensure candidates have a positive impression of AIA
- Assist with the implementation of new ATS System in accordance with the agreed guidelines
- Maintain Candidate Tracking report and provide all and accurate details required in the report
- Represent Recruitment team professionally at all times when interacting with Internal and External Stakeholders. Identify and address with Manager any concerns with external vendors
- Communicate with Channel sales any changes or updates in the hiring process. Also Encourage and work with Channel Sales to drive referrals
- Comply with legal and ethical practices relating to Indonesian employment law and legislation. Applies and represents AIA Philosophy and Principals in all dealings
