Job Description
•Responsible for carrying out nursing services/care for patients in the outpatient department in accordance with the quality of nursing services and safety of outpatients
•Ensuring the smooth implementation of vision care services, including: Carrying out anamnesis on patients, carrying out preliminary examinations, carrying out objective, subjective, binocular and orthoptic examinations. Carry out diagnoses, Carry out management of patient vision correction, Carry out referrals if necessary, Carry out the process of making corrective glasses, Carry out the process of selecting, fitting and further examinations for contact lens patients, Carry out orthoptic training, Carry out correction of sub-normal vision aids, Arrange technical optics in order to provide vision maintenance services.
•Providing nursing care using standard nursing practice: Carrying out emergency medical/nursing actions according to major health problems that require Outpatient services, Carrying out observations, monitoring the patient's health condition (general condition: physical, psychological, vital signs and main complaints) during the procedure and immediately after the action.
•Helping patients before and during procedures by doctors, including: Preparing the patient both physically and psychologically, calming the patient, adjusting the patient's position, Providing a sense of security and comfort to the patient/family during the procedure.
•Prepare patients who have completed treatment, including: Administrative needs, such as: instructions for home care, sick certificates, referral letters if necessary, and prescriptions for home use. Providing health education to patients/families as needed.
•Implement and maintain a system for recording and reporting nursing care, so as to create an accurate information and communication system
•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

•Ability to provide compassionate care and address patient concerns effectively.
Qualifications
•Diploma (D3) Degree from Nursing
•Have minimum 1 year work experience in Level 1 clinical nursing
