About the role
As a Regional Supervisor for Field Acquisition, you will be instrumental in leading and optimizing the performance of our field acquisition teams within your designated territories across Indonesia. This role focuses on strategically driving expansion of our Amarthalink agent network through effective field engagement, specifically targeting the integration of LKD Agents, local Warung/Toko Kelontong and Konter Pulsa into the Amartha ecosystem. You will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of field operations, rigorous analysis of performance metrics, and the delivery of actionable strategic insights to maximize the efficiency and scalability of our field acquisition initiatives. Scope of Responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight and leadership to field acquisition teams within assigned territories.
- Accountable for ensuring that new Monthly Transacting Users (MTU) acquisition and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets are consistently met on a monthly basis.
- Monitor and ensure that field team operational fulfillment aligns with established targets and standards.
- Implement and enforce stringent measures to prevent and mitigate fraudulent activities within the field team.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, sales operations, business development, or team management, preferably within the financial services, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating field-based teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proven ability to implement and enforce compliance and risk management protocols in field operations.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market landscape, particularly the LKD Agents, Warung/Toko Kelontong and Konter Pulsa segments, is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
Preferred Skills:
- Background in retail, telecommunications, or a related sector with a heavy reliance on field acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of field sales methodologies, performance management, and operational efficiency.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management software to track field operations.
