We are a growing facilities management company in the UK looking for a proactive Sales & Administrative Specialist. You will handle client communication, provide admin support, and actively reach out to businesses to generate new leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calls, and client enquiries professionally
- Maintain company documents, records, and schedules
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports
- Make outbound cold calls to medium-to-large businesses
- Follow up with prospects to arrange meetings or demos
- Keep sales records and pipelines updated in CRM
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proven cold calling or telesales experience
- Good English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Proactive and reliable
