POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This remote role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in sales, and proficiency in English. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the prospect team to contribute to various initiatives focused on promoting our services and generating new leads.

COMPENSATION :
- Base salary: USD 400 - 450 + Commission
- Total expected monthly compensation: USD 680 - 920
WORKING HOURS
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Houston Time - CDT)
- Zoom meetings required during working hours.
- 100% Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available apartments.
- Schedule apartment viewing tours. Communicate with customers primarily via phone calls (80%), as well as through text messages (15%) and emails (5%).
- Assist customers in completing rental application forms.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1 to 3 years in a sales field, preferably with a background in property management, preferably in real estate, property management, Airbnb, hospitality, etc.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
- Having experience with working remotely as a plus
- Proactive and eager to learn
