As part of the Reseller Journey Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and impactful experience for our resellers throughout their journey—from acquisition, onboarding to active selling and retention. This role is ideal for those who are eager to learn, operationally strong, and passionate about supporting digital entrepreneurship at scale. You'll work cross-functionally to support programs, processes, and initiatives that empower resellers to grow and succeed on our platform.

- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new resellers, including communications, training materials, and activation support.
- Monitor onboarding funnel performance and escalate issues when needed.
- Support execution of incentive programs, training initiatives, or community engagement projects designed for resellers.
- Assist in tracking reseller performance metrics (e.g., active resellers, share, paid).
- Provide insights based on data to suggest improvements in operational processes
- Help map key phases of the reseller lifecycle and support continuous improvements to increase conversion, activation, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, program, and supply teams to ensure alignment
Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate (S1) from any major—preferably Business, Management, Communications, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic data tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Metabase, etc.).
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with reseller platforms, e-commerce, or online communities is a plus.
