We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Reservation Agent to handle table bookings and guest inquiries for our Izakaya Lounge & Nightclub. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, social media, and booking platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding table availability, pricing, packages, and promotions.
- Maintain and update the reservation system to ensure accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with the host/hostess team, VIP hosts, and management regarding guest lists and table allocations.
- Confirm and follow up on reservations to minimize no-shows.
- Assist with special requests such as bottle service, VIP seating, and group bookings.
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the marketing and promotions team by upselling packages and special events.
- Ensure smooth communication between guests and nightclub staff before and during events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service (nightclub or nightlife experience preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office (knowledge of CRM tools is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
