We are currently hiring a Reservation and Communication Supervisor for our AYANA Komodo. As the Reservation and Communication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the reservations team and ensuring clear and effective communication with guests and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the reservations team and ensure smooth operations.
- Process and coordinate guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support the Reservation Manager in monitoring room inventory and availability.
- Assist with communication initiatives, including managing digital presence and engaging with guests on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Front Office to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in reservations or customer service in a hotel or resort setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
