Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to costumer request
- Handling the new booking (transfer & experiences direct to the clients)
- Sending reservation to suppliers
- Input the Daily Movement
- Checking confirmed the arrival and departure transfer bookings.
- Maintain relationship with customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to accomplish bookings in every aspect.
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
- Strong, proactive follow – up skills and being able to administer and support Travel Policies.
- Carry out duties as assigned by line manager and department head.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Computer literate - word/ excel / Microsoft outlook
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or tourism is preferred (travel agent)
- Good knowledge of managing and maintaining a database.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of the English language both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Meet deadlines & ensure quick turnaround & data processing
