We are seeking an experienced and passionate Resort Manager to lead the daily operations of our luxury wellness resort. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in delivering outstanding guest experiences while managing a dedicated team in a serene and inspiring environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage every aspect of resort operations to ensure that they run smoothly and efficiently
- Oversee and supervise the daily operations of various departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and transportation
- Implement efficient operational procedures and departmental coordination to optimize guest satisfaction and resource allocation
- Maintain high standards of quality and service throughout the resort to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Assume financial accountability for cost efficiency, inventory control, and expense management
- Coordinate and collaborate with different departments, such as guest relations, sales and marketing, and human resources to ensure effective communication, alignment, and collaboration
- Budgeting and financial management
- Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the procurement of high-quality products and services for the resort
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Resort Manager or in a senior hospitality leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality systems
- Flexible, calm under pressure, and passionate about wellness and nature-inspired hospitality
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
