YOUR ROLE AS A:

Rewards & Payroll Operations Manager is responsible for designing and overseeing the company’s compensation, benefits, aligned with nd performance management strategies. This role ensures that reward programs remain competitive, align with business objectives, and drive a high-performance culture. The position also collaborates with Group teams to monitor salary benchmarking implementation while driving continuous improvements in total rewards and performance-linked incentives.

Based on your performance and contribution in this role, you’ll grow into becoming a Sr Manager, Rewards. In this role, you’ll be focused on developing and managing total rewards strategies (compensation, benefits, payroll, and mobility) to attract and retain talent, ensure compliance with regulations, and align with business goals. It also includes overseeing salary benchmarking, payroll accuracy, benefits competitiveness, and HR systems administration.
