ChonTea & Co. is a specialty tea and matcha company dedicated to providing exceptional flavors and experiences. We're looking for talented person to join our team as Barista who is confident to conduct a tea workshop and also product presentation.
Job Description :
- Greet the guest, present menu, help with guest choice, making suggestions, takes order and serves food & beverage according to standard procedures.
- Guide customers to be able to Brew their own matcha, guide customer to follow workshop and conducting short 30 minutes tea/ coffee/ matcha workshop
- Process drink orders in proper calling order
- Providing friendly, attentive and professional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Assisting with general duties such as stock management, maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Actively contributing to develop service standart and new menu
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver efficient service
- Upsell products and promote menu items
Requirements:
- Experienced in manual brew both coffee, tea and matcha
- Love to learn something new, especially about matcha and Japanese tea
- Details oriented, an advantage if you have wide knowledge about tea and matcha
- Fluent in English is a must
- A story teller, not nervous and confident in conducting a product presentation
- Customer service oriented, friendly and attractive personality
- A good team player and at the same time highly dependable and highly initiative
