Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update customer and sales data in the company’s CRM.
- Prepare regular sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for internal use.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and customer correspondence.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reordering stock for sales fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when needed.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related paperwork.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, marketing) to support overall sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Canva); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
