Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Lead Management
Respond to incoming inquiries via email, WhatsApp, or social media
Collect client requirements and prepare basic proposals or quotations
Follow up on leads to confirm interest, timelines, and next steps
Quotation & Booking Support
Prepare itemized quotes using price lists and templates
Update quotation trackers and maintain accurate client records
Assist in scheduling site visits, meetings, or client calls when needed
Coordination with Internal Teams
Communicate confirmed bookings and key details to the operational team
Create and maintain job sheets, booking summaries, and client briefs
Ensure smooth handover of finalized orders to the warehouse/admin
Sales Reporting & Admin
Maintain lead databases and sales logs
Track inquiry-to-booking conversion rate
Support monthly reporting on closed deals, client feedback, and sales trends
