- Planning, implementing, and monitoring sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
- Canvassing new clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports for management review.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in digital workspace platform.
- Good understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer relationship management.
