Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Executive to join our team, specialising in working with our domestic and international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the Indonesian market and meet revenue targets.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out and from time to time welcome to provide new ideas.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Report to Sales Director.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and good social skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creativity in solving complex problems.
- Fast learner with lighting products and knowledge.
- Sales experience in lighting product supplies, building materials supplies, or contractor services is an advantage
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
