Responsibilities:
- Market and promote heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and vibros, focusing on the mining sector.
- Achieve sales targets that have been determined by management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding business networks and acquiring new customers.
- Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities to develop innovative, competitive, and profitable sales strategies.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all client projects and business transactions.
- Manage the sales process from closing deals to ensuring payments are completed.
- Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
- Identify and approach potential customers based on the existing database.
- Monitor sales progress and create monthly reports.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience in heavy equipment/truck industry.
- Preferably have strong, well-established connections in the mining, agriculture, or forestry sectors.
- Proactive and results-driven sales professional with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, a quick learner who adapts to market trends and innovations.
- English proficiency is a plus.
